Value Scale and Color Theory

1. Creating the value scale and the color wheel was very interesting. It made me look from a different persepetive. I didnt realize how much time and effort it really took. I thought it would be simple and not complicated at all, and it was not so much complicated it was time consumming. I definitely made me learn a lot about colors and the values of color.

2. The media that I enjoyed working with the best was the color wheel. I like to expierment a lot with colors. I find it to be fun and interesting. It was a learning expierence for me. I thought making the secondary colors was very easy, it took a lot to make the black I thought.

3. The most important discovery in the creation of these studies was how much each value changes and the creation of the color black.

4. The most important information I learned from watching the videos of this project was to use Vellum paper when creating a value scale because it is better to use with graphite. It was also interesting how you should hold the pencil horizantally  and make circular strokes. For the color theory movie I found it interesting that the real primary color are cayan, magenta, and yellow; when in reality people think it being blue, red and yellow. Also how blue, red and yellow create brown and cayan, magenta and yellow create black.
